VASTU Shastra

It is a Vedic origin. Derived from Atharva Ved, it has been accepted as Sthapatya Ved describing all about ancient Indian architecture. It took thousands of years of research to fabricate rules of Vastu and incorporate these in Vedic texts. Vastushastra as such is a concept relating to consumers energy received as solar, lunar energy, planet's energy, energy from constellations, from velocity, fusion, radiation, interaction, gravitation, magnetism and other astronomical phenomena. Ancient Indians believed that investing energy into the plot of land may yield bliss, prosperity and peace of mind, happiness, marital bliss, children's happiness and wealth.
Execution of Vastu rules during construction involves use of conservation of energy, solar power, lunar power, geothermal power, electro magnetic forces.
Category Vastu Shastra covers selection of land on the basis of directions, Moon sign, descriptions of land, auspicious time of purchase and starting construction sequence of construction of house, factory, palace, temple or town specific rules of construction include renewable energy, center point energy, accumulation of energy, facility of light, air, water, open space, symmetry & comfortable living.
A Vastu house is aimed at creating wealth, personal wealth, wealth management, health, child heath, child education, child development, harmony bliss, temperamental control, social work, relations and respectable life.
Vastu Shastra explains about not only family planning and wealth planning but ensures all round development of the life of the natives. Development methodology is based on Vastu Layout design before it goes to the hands of an architect. If architectural design incorporate vastu layout plan, it can play wonders in life. Amongst the famous texts, Maymatam, Mansaar, Samarangan Sutradhar, Vasturaj Vallabh, VIshwakarma Prakash and Brihat Samhita are more popular. All are deemed to have originated from Atharva ved & at least 8 puranas including Matsya Puran, sur & asur school of architecture are advocated by Garg and Mayasura respectively.
