Make Guests rooms according to Vastu shastra

The guest rooms are very important part of house. It should be built like any other part of house. It is advised to take caution while making guest room. One should follow vastu rules to make guest rooms in the house.

Northwest direction of house

This is the best direction for making guest room. As northwest is direction of air which means instability, so choose this direction for making guest rooms.

Almirahs in room

For almirahs or cabinets in the room, southwest direction is the best.

Direction of bed

Vatu has also specified the direction of bed in guest rooms. Place the bed in such a way that head must be south direction. 

Electrical appliances in room

If there are any electrical appliances like TV or AC in room then put them on southeast wall of the room.

Toilets

There are no specific directions for toilets in guest rooms. But still if you want to build one, make it in southwest direction.

Colour

There are few particular shades that should be done in guest rooms. Paint the room in white or lighter shades of pink or orange.

Windows

The windows should be in northeast if room is in northwest and if the room is in southeast corner then make windows in south direction.
