It always seemed like it is a little random when it comes to eating habits. However, there is a perfectly logical explanation for some eating habits. It is all about finding balance to what your body needs. Here is the ideal food habit of each zodiac sign.
Aries... They should consume brown rice, lean meats, bananas, fruit juices, olives, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cauliflower, dried apricots, garlic, and mustard. Avoid too much spicy food, salt and alcohol.
Taurus... They should be more inclined towards cranberries, warm lemon water, asparagus, beets, cauliflower, cucumbers, nuts and beans. Avoid rich foods and excessive amounts of carbohydrates.
Gemini... Eat plums, cranberries, oranges, grapefruit, grape juice, raisins, apples, lettuce, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, garlic and ginger. Avoid coffee, root vegetables yeasty foods and refined sugar.
