Physical fitness regimes are always intimidating. Gym, yoga classes or for regular morning walks will be of lesser use if one cannot understand his inherent likings. Astrology says, interactions have a very great influence on us and indicate our inherent metabolic function based on our Star Sun sign. Here are a few tips to lose weight with astrology.
Aries: Avoid tinned or refrigerated stock and also hot and spicy Indian curries. Go for cardio exercises, jogging, treadmill, cycling, brisk walking or games such as tennis, squash or any high energy exercise.
Taurus: Avoid rich cakes, pastries, souffles and tinned juices. Go for strength exercises and Yoga
Gemini: Avoid late night snacks, burgers, pizzas, and white bread. Also avoid butter, desi ghee and fried potatoes. Go for crunches, meditation and yoga.
Cancer: Avoid starchy foods like potatoes, breads, alcohols and wine. Substitute caffeine drinks teas/coffees with herbal tea. Go for swimming and all strength training exercises.
