Dreams and their meaning
Dreams are still a mystery for us and at the same time have pleasing as well as terrorizing effects on us. Our religious scriptures abound in the extensive descriptions about dreams. The fact that a separate scripture had to be created especially for the analysis of the dreams amply corroborate their importance. We may however say that analysis of dreams is in fact an integral part of Astrology.
Rainbow dreams
If you dream of a rainbow, then good fortune will come to your family.
Horse dreams
Dreaming of a horse is usually a good sign of avoiding troubles. If you dream you are riding on a galloping horse, you will make an easy and rapid progress and overcome obstacles. If you are riding on an ambling horse there is no need to worry and everything goes smoothly.

To dream of a snake biting you means lots of money.
Dreams that indicate wealth
Taking fire in your hand, setting something on fire, insects and rodents, mango tree, eating or observing ripe mangoes, sandalwood, acquiring pomegranate, climbing up the stairs of a temple, drinking milk, watching burial of a dead body, watching and elephant or riding and elephant.

Dreams of visiting a temple (churches and mosques would apply these days, too!) will mean extraordinary good fortune.

Tree dreams
Seeing a tree in general denotes happiness, abundance and good news but a sapling tree indicates poverty, a dead tree foretells unhappiness, a tree with leaves turning yellow tells of sickness. Climbing a tree foretells elevation in life and work, taking fruits from the tree indicates inheritance from elderly people.
Falling dreams
Not all falling dreams are scary and negative. Some dreamers report a type of slow falling that indicates serenity and the act of letting go. Often, falling uncontrollably from a great height indicates something in waking our life that feels very much out of control.

This is an inauspicious dream. It implies depression in business circles and loss of employment. It also denotes physical illness. Dreaming of being out of work, denotes that you will have no apprehension, as you are always sought out for your conscientious fulfillment of contracts, which make you a desired help. Giving employment to others, indicates loss for yourself.

Food symbolizes energy, knowledge or nourishment and is directly related to our intellect, emotions and spirituality.
